Expect a reply within a few days. There is no support queue and no auto-responder.
What to get in touch about
- Bugs and wrong results. If a tool gives output you did not expect, this is the most useful thing you can send. Include the exact input you used, what you expected, and what you got instead.
- New tool suggestions. If there is a utility you keep searching for and never find a decent version of, say so.
- Privacy questions. Anything about how data is handled that the privacy policy does not answer clearly.
- Advertising or content concerns. If an ad displayed on the site looks inappropriate or broken, report it and include the page it appeared on.
Reporting a bug effectively
Because every tool runs client-side, results can occasionally differ between browsers. If you hit something odd, mentioning your browser and version alongside the input that triggered it usually makes the problem reproducible on the first try.
Please do not email sensitive data. If a bug involves confidential input, reduce it to a small non-sensitive example that still reproduces the problem. The tools never transmit your data — email very much does.
